Dr. Jerry Mercado is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in counseling psychology over a decade of experience in both outpatient and residential program settings. Since 2010, he has specialized helping clients with co-occurring disorders, working with both adolescents and adults. Dr. Mercado has also served as the director of two residential treatment centers, focusing on recovery for adolescent females and adult males facing substance abuse challenges. His extensive experience includes working with diverse populations, including immigrant children arriving at the border, showcasing his commitment to providing compassionate care to those in need.
