The initial consultation is a complimentary 15-minute call designed to address your concerns and determine whether we are a suitable match to work together. During this call, we will also review the fee structure and discuss accepted insurance plans.

Psych-Evolution Policy Psych-Evolution Policy At Psych-Evolution, we are dedicated to providing a range of services aimed at empowering individuals to achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. Services Offered Mental Health Counseling We provide counseling services for residents of Texas through the Headway platform. Our counseling sessions include support for individuals, couples, and families. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a no-show fee to compensate for the reserved time slot. We accept private pay and most insurance plans. Updates regarding accepted insurances will be made in accordance with the credentialing processes of each provider. Professional Consultation We collaborate with residential treatment center startups, offering expertise in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and delivering training programs. We also assist individual clients with life skills development. Consultation sessions are professional in nature and are not intended to provide therapy, diagnose conditions, or establish therapeutic relationships. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Hybrid Webinars Our hybrid webinars allow clients to progress at their own pace while participating in weekly support group sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences related to the webinar content. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made within 10 days of purchase. Missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled; clients may join the following week’s group session. This policy ensures clarity and professionalism while maintaining the quality and integrity of our services.
